Fundraising & Feasibility Assessment
Fundraising & Feasibility Assessments (F&F) measures how well an organization is approaching Organizational Development, Cultivation & Stewardship, Growth Strategy, and Giving Strategy. This work helps me and you get to better clarity around where the revenue, strategies, activities, and priorities sit when it comes to resource generation. These assessments are meant to inform the next three to five years of fund development strategy, goal orientiation, decision-making, dialogue, and prioritization…supporting your organization’s strategic plan and operating plan around revenue generation. Interviews and presentation of final results are included.

1:1 Fundraising Coaching for Aspiring Executive Directors
Are you a nonprofit leader focused primarily in programs and mission work who aspires to become an executive director or ceo within the next two to three years? This offering is for you! Let’s ensure you feel prepared to make the shift into what will be an executive fundraising leadership role (likely at least 70% of your time) for an organization. This offering is set with specific curriculum over three months with a personalized approach! Coaching is offered for those serving at the following levels:
Senior-Level/Director (6-9 years*)
Strategic Level/Senior Director or VP (10- 15 years*)
*An individual may have varying years of experience while serving in different roles/capacities. These definitions are how we qualify clients for services. This is specified due to the varying roles/titles and job descriptions that are adopted within the nonprofit sector.

1:1 Coaching for Fundraising Leaders
Are you an Executive Director or Fundraising Leader at a nonprofit organization or institution? I want to provide you much needed support for the challenges you’re facing as a leader responsible for fund development. Let’s ensure you have the affirmation, clarity, knowledge, and transparency needed to strategically move the work forward while creating a healthy culture of philanthropy. Coaching is offered for the following levels:
Mid-Level/Manager (3-5 years*)
Senior-Level/Director (6-9 years*)
Strategic Level/Senior Director or VP (10- 15 years*)
Executive Level/Executive Director or CEO (15+ years*)
*An individual may have varying years of experience while serving in different roles/capacities. These definitions are how we begin qualifying clients for services and distinguishing offerings, approaches, and required investment for coaching. This is specified due to the varying roles/titles and job descriptions that are adopted within the nonprofit sector.
An initial consultation is required. A fundraising & feasibility assessment may be required if you haven’t had one conducted in the last five years, and you are serving within a Strategic or Executive Level role.
